Tara Hall (tara_hall@yahoo.com)
Hi Everyone! Thank you for the
wonderful rush and fabulous time at ASC. It was my first time jumping and
both my camera man Scott and my jump partner Hans made the experience something
that I will never forget. They were funny, energetic and outgoing.
I felt safe in there hands and there is no doubt that I will be going
up again. I would like to send them a Thank you card and picture
but do not have a mailing address. Could you please e-mail me back
with your mailing address. Thank you again. My e-mail address is
tara_hall@yahoo.com. I hope to hear from you soon. Tara Hall

You guys have been great! From level 1 through 7 and
my first solo each instructor has been great. They have been helpful in
all the ways one could ask. All of the instructors for tandem to AFF make
an effort to make this what it should be, FUN. You guys have a great facility
for people to learn. People always say that they have always wanted to
try skydiving, well this is the place they need to go. Not only will people
find an awesome new sport that is second to none, but find some new friends
who know how to have fun. They say everybody dies but, few people truly
live. Well there is a lot of living going on at ASC. I am looking forward
to many future dives with you. Thanks again, Michael Richardson
Darah Smallwood "Dinki"
& Jon Smallwood (DSmall7795@aol.com)
I just wanted to say thank you so much for the time of
my life! My husband and I enjoyed our jumps tremendously, and will
be seeing you again SOON! Wanted to give a special thanks to Jack and "Fast
Eddie" for their most excellent teaching methods, and the fun & security
they handed us on a silver platter! We have actually decided to go
through your program and learn to skydive! I personally can't wait
to get started. As a first jumper, because of your "T Masters", I
had no fear at all, not even nervous! It was indeed the single most
exciting moments of my life. I can easily see myself getting addicted!
Thought I would send a few photos you guys took for us! Enjoy, see you
soon! Oh yea, I can't forget to thank Ricco and Charlie for the awesome
video and photos!
Renea Pilcher (rpilcher@mindspring.com)
I completed my first tandum jump
on Sunday. I Loved it....i'm hooked. Just wanted to say thanks.
I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. You have a really nice
operation. Everybody was generally professional. Reed was my
Tandum Master and he did a great job. I am interested is jumping
more, possibly. Wanted to get some information on pricing if I went
through the classes to get my license and what would be my next step.
Thanks again and hope you guys have a wonderful day. Renea Pilcher
Donna Sills (dssills@prodigy.net)
I just wanted to write and let y'all know I thought my
experience was awesome. Never in my life have I had such a thrill.
I am planning on adding skydiving to my budget!!! Reid really made my experience
memorable. He kept me calm during the flight (which was the worst
part) by explaining exactly what would be happening and when. Your
well trained and expert staff are terrific. I look forward to my first
solo!!!!
David Drennan CPA, CIA
(DGDRENNA@GAPAC.com)
What a rush!!! Better than "anything I did" back
in my college days, and all natural!!!! After my three jumps
yesterday and graduating from the AFF program, I was pumped to the
max. I didn't sleep much last night as I was re-living the
jumps over and over in my mind. Thanks to all of you for the
support, encouragement, superb instruction and professionalism. From
day one I have never doubted my safety in your program. Your staff
and associates are first class. I now live to skydive... party on.
Don Francis (dcfrancis@aol.com)
I have to thank you all for the life changing experience
I shared with you on Saturday, July 1st. Especially, Carrey and Rick
for all they did. I had been waiting for many years to Skydive and
I must thank my best friend, for sharing the weekend with me. We
experienced a weekend I will never forget. You have a great facility and
a great staff that all helped to make my first dive a memorable one, as
well as spark an interest in my for more. We made alot of new friends.
From your drop zone as well as around the country. (Karen, look for
us to come visit you in San Fransico!) When I say "life changing" I mean
it. I now have a serious interest in achieving certification and
down the road becoming a videoagrapher. Once again, Thank
you for wonderful time and I look forward to spending more time with you
all. Please make sure "The Rickster" gets a look the attached picture.
It was such a beautiful night.
Erin L. Diehl (Ediehl55@aol.com)
On December 23, I took my Level I AFF Skydive and my
first skydive every for that matter, at ASC. It was AMAZING.
I just wanted to take some time now that the busy holidays are over to
thank everyone for the experience. Caven my jumpmaster was
awesome, very informative, he made me feel very comfortable about
my first jump. His knowledge of the technical side was very helpful
for my experience. He made it alot of fun. He is awesome, would
love to have him for my Level II. You guys have a great employee
in him!!! Fast Eddie was my second jumpmaster and was equally as awesome,
very informative. His technical knowledge helped me alot. He
helped me understand what I needed to do to have a successful jump and
he also showed me how to improve for future jumps. Another great
employee!! Jim was my classroom instructor, again, very awesome.
He was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions with no problem.
I learned alot about skydiving in those 5+ hours. Yet another great
employee! I look forward to seeing everyone again soon for my level II.
Hang Loose!!!!
Holly Campbell (holly5795@hotmail.com)
I can't belive I jumped (was pried actually...thanks,
Jack!) out of a perfectly good airplane! What was I thinking?
Skydiving was the most amazing experience of my life! I always said
if I could jump out of a plane, I could do anything. I absolutely
believe it! Not only can I do anything, but now I am hooked, big time!
What a way to start the summer! My best friend, Don, and I decided the
night before, that we were finally ready to do this, and it didn't matter
if anyone else wanted to come or not. We knew each other was more serious
than just meager talk over a drink like other people. We called at
9pm Friday night and were told to be at the Drop Zone at 2pm the next day.
Without a doubt, this was the day to experience the ultimate rush!
We met the nicest people, staff and guests alike. Karen, we will
be visiting you in San Francisco before you know it! This woman is
an inspiration. She was in Atlanta on business and decided that her
adventure here would be skydiving. Way to go! Karen, I hope
it was worth every minute of every hour we waited and anticipated the exhilarating
thrill. You are awesome! The opportunity for the three of us to skydive
came near twilight. It was perfect! The beauty of the endless sky
and the spectacular bright red falling sun was the most breathtaking sight.
I am ready for more. BRING IT ON!!!!! I definitely need a few more
tandem jumps though. For one, until I can say "Hell yeah, let's do
it!" and jump out of a plane flying 15,000 feet in the air, instead of
"Hell no!" and being pried out, I will need the security of Jack
"The Man" Hammer strapped to my back. And two, who wouldn't want
Jack "The Man" Hammer, with those killer green eyes and awesome long red
hair, strapped to their back? Oooh, Baby, what a doll!! Jack,
I trusted you with my life. Not many have gotten there, you are one
of a select few. I would trust you with the world. Thank you.
Thank you for your support, encouragement, charm and wit, all which helped
me experience the rush of a lifetime. Let me know when you are ready
for a margarita!!! And of course, no adventure would be complete without
the expertise of Mr. Ricco "Suave" Pollan to capture the essence of the
moment!!! As tired and exhausted as he was, those piercing blue eyes,
the thrill of excitement and pride and drive for excellence he strives
for, has given me the opportunity to relive the exhilaration of my experience
again and again. Those who saw my video said it was one of the best
they have ever seen! The stills are also spectacular. I will
scan a few and pass them on to you guys. I will be back for more!
Don and I got some info on the AFF program and will be signed up in no
time! Thank you Atlanta Skydive Center, Jack, Ricco, Don, and Karen, for
sharing my experience of a lifetime!!! Best to all of you.
Elizabeth Snelgrove (snelgrove@mindspring.com)
I just wanted to tell you guys I had the most incredible
jump on Monday (July 3rd)!!!! I am absolutely hooked! It was a true high
without the hangover!!! I jumped with Jack Hammer and he was awesome! Tell
him I said "thank you soooo- much!" I will certainly be back and plan on
becomming certified. Thank you for the Experience, Elizabeth Snelgrove
Bernard (bernardshattuck@mindspring.com)
I just wanted to thank you again for the most incredible
experience of my life. Jack's professionalism and attention to detail is
a credit to your organization. Everyone there LOVE'S what they do and it
really shows. All my friends have commented on the quality of the video
tape and how good it looks; I highly recomend it. I can't wait to come
back and do it again. You guys ROCK!
Laurie Gunter & crew
(Eirual999@aol.com)
I just wanted to say Thank You to all of you guys at
ASC. We had a group of 11 jumpers there this weekend from our church,
and we all had an awesome time. We would like to thank Reid, Danny,
Justin, and John for giving all of us a wonderful and exciting first
jump. I don't think that any of us and quit talking about it since.
Also, thank you to all the video guys who video our jumps so that we can
relive it as often as we like. We are planning our next trip back
to ASC as soon as possible. Thank you all again. A special
thanks to John for giving me my first jump, you are awesome. Thanks for
a great time.
Mitch Van Meter (cathyvan@mindspring.com)
After about a week or so of thinking about my skydive
I would like to write and tell you all what a great time it was. Waiting
for about thirty years to do this and finally realizing it was just great.
I don't think I could have picked a better facility to do this. Just as
soon as I "hit" the ground I immediately wanted to go back so will probably
continue on with the rest of the seven jumps. I purchased the video that
was offered and that camera man, Steve, is fantastic. Sort of likes his
work too, cause it sure shows. I was accompanied by Ben and Hans and they
were just great. Very professional and courteous. In my future jumps
I will ask for them. If you can ever feel safe falling through the
air at 120mph then you will feel that way with those guys holding on to
you. Fantastic is all I can say about my experience. Thanks a whole
lot.
Nicki Stewart (nicki.stewart@IPS-Sendero.com)
Adam, I came and did my 2nd tandem jump with you this
past Saturday and got a log book and everything.. You told me I can come
back next time for the IAF Level 1, but is there some kind of program that
I can follow that will tell me what I am supposed to learn each time, etc.??
I am definitely coming back for lessons because this is all I can think
about now. The excitment was more than I have ever felt. I had an
even better time Saturday than I did the first time I jumped and I think
I can attribute that to my incredible instructor!! Thanks!! Nicki
Karl Sale (ksale@bellsouth.net)
Ya'll are all fucking nuts. And I love you for it.
Our dive on Saturday afternoon (Steve, Bryan, Leah, and the bachelor, Chris)
was incredible and inspirational. The experience even usurped "the
Cheetah" for highlight of the bachelor party. We will be back.
Thanks a million.
Peggy Lamberson
(Peggy.Lamberson@delta-air.com)
I thought you might find it amusing to know that, after
having a great time on my first skydive Saturday and coming through without
even so much as a pulled muscle, I went horseback riding the next day (something
I've been doing for 30+ years), broke my nose and ended up in the ER. So
much for definitions of dangerous sports! Thanks for
a GREAT experience! I'll definitely be back!
Ketan Chitre (ketan_chitre@hotmail.com)
I wish to sincerely thank you Guys ,for making my jump
a successful event! It was great fun and a very safe landing with Justin,
i am sure I shall like do it again! Special thanks to Ricco for his excellent
work of motion Video and still pictures. Once again Thanks a lot for making
it a great event !
Amy Griswold (HelloGrizz@aol.com)
Absolutely you have my permission to post my comments
on your site... I have attached a picture from my dive, thought you guys
might get a kick out of this unbelievable shot! Thanks again! (Click

I had a BLAST - so much so that I'm planning to return
with a girlfriend of mine (she's actually jumped with you guys too).
We were thinking about one of the "special" jumps! ;-) I'm not sure
I remember my instructors name - I think it was Reid? If you
can, tell him Sherry (the "conservative" one who got us extra free fall)
and a friend are coming back next week.
Sarah Wendorf (smwendorf@hotmail.com)
This is Sarah Wendorf. I went skydiving today and
I just wanted to thank you guys so much. I had such an awesome time and
I fulfilled one of my life-long dreams. I want to give a special
thanks to Ben, the guy I was attached to, for being patient with me.
It was a BLAST, thanks! It was so exciting, and now I am the talk
of all the kids/parents at church and school. I hope I will be able
to come back during the summer!
Brian (Briandew@aol.com)
Thanks for the great memories. Our group of 8 this past
Saturday morning at @ 7:00 a.m. had an incredible time. We found your staff
to be most helpful and professional. I never imagined that jumping out
of an airplane could have such a positive effect on my state of mind. You
will see us again. Keep up the good work.

I just got back from my trip down south , and wanted
to let you know how much I enjoyed my time at ASC . Your facilities
were clean and very comfortable, great packing conditions. The king Air
, is quite a impressive plane , having never jumped one (BEER), I was shocked
how fast we got to altitude (14,900 ft wow). The thing that impressed me
the most about my stay at ASC was the people , I know the south has
been long known for their warm people , but the overall kindness and openness
that was shown to me during my short stay was something I won't forget.
You have a great DZ , and I hope to visit again real soon , as well as
recommending your DZ to anyone.
Marisa Turner (maturner@ingr.com)
I just wanted to say thank you for the opportunity to
have jumped out of a perfectly good airplane. It was the most Amazing experience
of my entire life!! I have always been a thrill seeker, and this
one definitely has been the best so far. Your friendly staff and instructors
made me feel completely safe at all times. I remember feeling very
nervous when I first arrived, but by the time I was called to jump, my
instructor Mike had me feeling completely at ease, so much so that we even
did flips coming out of the plane! (I highly recommend this!) I have
told everyone I know about you center and my jump. I will be back
with several others! I look forward to seeing y'all again soon.
Thank you again for the experience of a lifetime!
Cheryl Lynne Humphrey (gte179q@prism.gatech.edu)
I did my first tandem dive this past weekend and it was
incredible! I really appreciated the way I was treated at ASC, everyone
was especially friendly and created a comfortable atmosphere where I was
able to make the best of my adventure. I am interested in persuing
skydiving and getting my A-license this spring. I can't wait to see you
guys again.
Todd Druse (druse@mindspring.com)
Hi Jack- Just wanted to let you know what a FANTASTIC
time I had jumping last weekend! It was my first ever jump and it
was the most awesome thing I've ever done! I'll definitely be back
with a whole new group of crazy police officers! Take care and thanks so
much for making my first skydiving experience so much fun!
Leighanne Muldoon (leighannemuldoon@cpri.com)
I went skydiving for the first time yesterday.
It was the most fun I've had in forever. My tandem partner, Adam
Wheeler was a blast and made the whole experience amazing! I'm so
glad I bought the video, I think I've watched it 15 times already!
Thanks for everything! Keep up the good work and I will definitely be back
again!!! Regards, Leighanne Muldoon
Chris (shaigler@mindspring.com)
I wanted to write and tell you how much I enjoyed my
first skydive. I recently attended the Skydiving Center on June 4, 2000
in Cedartown, Georgia and made my first tandem jump. It was such an adrenaline
rush. I loved it so much that I hope to be back before too long and bring
some friends with me. I would like to thank my tandem instructor, Danny,
for such a great first skydive. Not to forget the awesome job that Steve
done on videoing my first jump. Thanks guys for such a great experience.
Hope to be back soon, Chris
Carrie Clark (carriec_chgc@hotmail.com)
I did my first jump this past Saturday as part of my
boyfriend, Gary Cleaver's, 40th birthday present. You guys may remember
me, I am the one that had the extraordinary fear of heights. In fact,
I wouldn't fly anywhere for the past ten years because of it. But
thanks to my Tandem Jumpmaster, Mike, talking me through the entire experience,
I actually did it and I loved it! I was extremely nervous as I was
climbing into the plane. I thought I must be mental to be doing this.
But now that I did it and I have the video to play over and over again,
I am completely hooked. I have an addiction to skydiving and I am
heading back there in one month when I come back to Atlanta to visit Gary.
He is completing his levels 6 and 7. Everyone that has seen my video
can't believe that I actually did it due to my fear of heights. I
just smile and reply, "Yeah, it's unbelieveable, isn't it?" If I
can skydive, anyone can. You guys made it so comfortable and it all
went so smooth that I can't wait to get back up in the sky again.
And Cary...I hope you are with Gary on his 7th jump. I know you will
take care of him for me. See you guys in a month! Sincerely, Carrie
Clark Rock Hill, South Carolina
Manjunath@manh.com
This sunday I did my first tandem jump with you guys.
It certainly was an eye opening experience and it was made better by the
quality of people out their at the centre. Thanks to all of you and wish
you all a very happy new year. You guys are some of the best people I have
ever met.
bbeauli3@csc.com
My name is Bryson Beaulieu. I had my first skydive
on August 26th (Fran DuFour's group). I wanted to say I had the most
intense experience of my life during the free-fall portion of my dive.
Mark (my tandem master) and Harvey (my videographer) are true pros (please
double their salary, they are worth it). Mark and Harvey worked really
hard to insure it was the best time possible. Thank you again for
an excellent memory!!! Please tell Harvey all 24 pictures came out beautifully,
and the music on my video was excellent. Attached is one of my pictures
(Mark and me).
Amy Griswold (HelloGrizz@aol.com)
I just wanted to say thanks for making my first jump
so memorable!!! I can't seem to find the right words to say what
an awesome time I had!!!!! I didn't get to stick around so everone
could watch my video out front... but it was perfect!!!!! It had
the coolest shot when I jumped out and the plane was diving behind, then
under me!!!!! It was unbelievable!!!!! I can't wait to do it
again... and again.......Thanks again to everyone!!!!!!!
Byron Simpson (byron.e.simpson.HG1P@statefarm.com)
Just wanted to say thanks for a spectacular time and
jump. It was the best experience of my life so far. Please tell Steve "Smash"
Linton that the video was great as well. I have many people interested
in coming up to experience Skydiving. I can't stop talking about it or
showing the video-even at work!
Ronald Carroll (rcarroll@howard.edu)
Thank you so much, that was the must wonderful, most
fantastic experience i've had in a while. I am sure we'll be staying
in touch because my best friend Percy Stith is trying to put together a
group so we may come again. You guys keep doing what your doing as far
as showing people the world from another angle.
Chuck Combs (Fish0411@aol.com)
Justin, Just wanted to e-mail you
to say again "Thanks for an EXCITING day of Skydiving"! I always
wanted to do this and you made the jump very Fun and Exciting. I
know that this will not be my last time, looking forward to my future jump
and I would like to make my next one with you also. The flips were AWESOME.
You are a wild man. Tell Mark "Thanks" again for the excellent video and
pictures he took of me.
Zinkovskaya, Yelena (Yelena.Zinkovskaya@SouthernEnergy.Com)
Hi Guys! I would like to thank
everybody for making this experience so wonderful and safe for me!
Especially, I would like to thank Mike and Reed. You are really great,
I trusted you, Mike, and I new you would get me back to the ground safe.
Wow, what a thrill it was! I am definitely coming back next spring!
Cara Mosley (te457u@prism.gatech.edu)
Hi John and everybody. Hey, what's
up? This is Cara…from Georgia Tech. You were my jump master on my
first tandem dive on Saturday. I was just writing to say thank you so much,
again. That jump was so awesome (and the video is really funny). Because
of it, my friend Jen and I are going to get our licenses from Atlanta skydiving
Center. I think we are going to do the tandem way to do it, and then the
alone jumps, just so we don’t have to have our second skydive be alone…
:-). Do you think that the tandem method is a good idea? Well, thanks again
so much, you’ve helped me find something that I really love to do and really
want to pursue. I’d appreciate it if you’d write back and tell me your
opinion of people like me trying to be certified, and I’ll probably see
you around at asc! "Thanx for riding my ass through the sky" cara.
Jason McKinnon (jaymck@bigfoot.com)
My girlfriend and I were up there
for our first jumps last Saturday with a bunch of people I work with.
Wow, what a rush! You definitely have
at least two new converts, who
will soon be coming back to go through the entire certification course.
See you next week!
Jeremy Kubat (jkubat@bellsouth.net)
Hello ASC!!! I made my first
jump on January 6, 2001. That was two weeks ago tomorrow and I still
get sweaty palms and a racing heart when I think about the experience.
As I drove to the DZ., I was not sure I would be able to go through with
jumping out of a plane at 14,000 feet. Upon arrival, the atmosphere
immediately enveloped me. There were 100 or so people milling around,
all wearing smiles looking like the cat that ate the canary. I saw
many people rolling around on the floor, squeezing the air from chutes,
repacking them to do it again. Everyone, staff and customers alike,
were extremely nice and welcomed me into their world with open arms.
As I suited up, Reid instructed me on what would happen, how it would happen,
and even when it would happen. I felt an immediate connection with
Reid, and we weren't even harnessed together yet! Ricco was video
taping and his enthusiasm was inspiring. On the flight to 14,000 ft, Reid
and I continued to discuss how things would go. Having been the only
first time diver on the plane, of course everyone else had to give Reid
a ration of crap to try and shake my confidence. Not a chance!
The comfort level I had with Reid, Ricco and myself made jumping from the
plane a breeze. I never thought of it as jumping out of a plane,
I was too busy thinking about SKYDIVING! The experience surpassed
all expectations I had! I am hooked and I will be back to get my
certification very soon. Two weeks later and I still feel like I
did it yesterday! What a rush!!!!! Thanks again. Jeremy
Kubat
Vincent (vjb45@bellsouth.net)
Hello Rico, My name is Vinny.
On Sunday January 21st I made my 1st jump. AFF/1. You were the camera guy
for my jump. I'm sure you remember us talking about New York and Jazz clubs
and women and other cool things. Well, Look, I just wanted to thank you
again for the Great camera work you did on my jump. You will never know
what it means to me to have that video and those pictures. I also wanted
you to have my e-mail address and home phone number in hopes that we could
stay in touch a little bit. It's not too often I meet "REAL" people here
Hey, if you're ever on the south side, give me a call. Maybe we could throw
some food on the grill, bust open a few Caronas and hang for a while. Vincent........
Adam Emory (Allentoit@aol.com)
I wanted to let you guys know that
I had the most thrilling day of my life so far. I will deffently
be back soon. Jack was very professional, and I
wanted to thank him once again,
for being the one that shared in my experienc. Thanks guys for an
incredible day.
Sandye Barrett (redcanoegirl@yahoo.com)
I did my first tandem jump last
Sunday with Jack, and it was awesome!! Jack was very professional and made
me feel extremely safe. So Jack, thanks for a great jump!
Chris, Celo, Kathy, and Jenelle
(innacelli@att.com)
I just wanted to let you guys know that three friends
and I jumped out of a plane for the first time with you guys last weekend.
It was the best experience in the world!! The only topic in the office
is skydiving. Hans - The girls loved you!!! All I hear is how
much fun you made the jump for them!! Jack - The site of the world
above is great! Rico - Great job video taping. Have a cold
one for me! I also wanted to let you guys know that we are planning
to have a big group from AT&T to come over and jump for the first time
and me and my buddy are looking into getting our license!! You will be
hearing from us soon! Chris, Celo, Kathy, and Jenelle
Polo (Pol0g@aol.com)
Hey guys what's up? Yesterday I had the piviledge of
jumping for the first time, and let me tell you, that is the most incredible
thing I've done in my life. I thought about it and talked about it all
day long today and I think I'll do so for the next several days too. The
first time I went there Chris Stevens took me, but we couldn't finish the
jump for weather reasons this was about 2 years ago. I JUST
WANT TO TELL YOU GUYS THAT " YOU ROCK
" and I can't wait to DO IT AGAIN
!!!!!
Sue Lichvarcik (MLichv3872@aol.com)
I was at your facility to skydive this past Sunday and
had the most enriching experience of my life! I was totally
impressed with the professionalism of the whole operation and have highly
recommended you to everyone I come into contact.I jumped with Mark and
had Trey as the photographer. The two of them, along with everyone
else on the plane made the whole experience wonderful. There
was humor, which relaxed me and made the video quite an interesting one
for anyone who has viewed it, and trust me it has been a lot of people.
Anyone who may have had any apprehensions about skydiving have been sucked
in by the video. Hopefully I can bring a group the next time
I come. I work at Parisian and they even showed the video at a manager's
meeting! Quite embarassing to me considering the funny slide in landing
but thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. I wanted to tell Trey that all
24 pictures came out and were fabulous! And Mark, I can't begin
to tell you the number of women who want to jump just seeing you in the
video. Their favorite comment - "I would love to be attached
to him." If you are looking for a relationship, I have a number
of girls who would be waiting in line, my daughter included.
I told them about Trey as well, but he didn't give us much of a shot of
himself, but they love his personality on the video. All in all - very
professional and very impressive!! I am saving my pennies to
come back. I am still flying high!!!!! Thank you all
for the safety and the experience of a lifetime. What a great
culmination to my first 50 years of life! I will be back........
Greg Tigerman (tigerman@alltel.net)
I still get adrenaline rushes.......I just wish they
would come at times other than 3.am.:) Tony ,Kelly, Pepsi and I really
had a great time and it will always be one of the top experiences of
my life. We are interested in attending your school we are trying to
coordinate schedules right now. We will be in touch about our next jump!
I have shown my video to scores of people and the response has been very
favorable. I believe the next time we come we will have at least 4 new
divers and possibly as many as 10. I took a couple of frames and
had them blown up into poster size pictures and they really do generate
lots of conversation. Again thanks for everything and we will be in touch.
Denise Haney (GARabbit@aol.com)
I have to tell you again what an AWESOME experience that
was!!!! I have shown my video to everyone (including all my Jazzercise
students) and told all of them about your Skydiving Center, you will
see many of them soon. I'm still working on my husband to try it and two
of my three kids want to come, so I'm sure we'll be seeing more of
y'all. I want to do it again and would love to take the steps to
soloing, but have to see where finances are at the beginning of the year.
Thanks again and look for a bunch of us in the future - I'm telling everyone!!!
Scott Smithwick (Hoothunkit@aol.com)
Just wanted to thank everyone at ASC for making
my first skydive a wonderful experience. Things couldn't have gone
smoother and I hope to be jumping with you again real soon. Man 15,800
feet above the ground is a long way up.
Carrie Clark. (carriec_chgc@hotmail.com)
I did my first jump this past Saturday, May 27th, as
part of my boyfriend, Gary Cleaver's, 40th birthday present. You
guys may remember me, I am the one that had the extraordinary fear of heights.
In fact, I wouldn't fly anywhere for the past ten years because of it.
But thanks to my Tandem Jumpmaster, Jack, talking me through the entire
experience, I actually did it and I loved it! I was extremely nervous
as I was climbing into the plane. I thought I must be mental to be
doing this. But now that I did it and I have the video to play over
and over again, I am completely hooked. I have an addiction to skydiving
and I am heading back there in one month when I come back to Atlanta to
visit Gary. He is completing his levels 6 and 7. Everyone that
has seen my video can't believe that I actually did it due to my fear of
heights. I just smile and reply, "Yeah, it's unbelieveable, isn't
it?" If I can skydive, anyone can. You guys made it so comfortable
and it all went so smooth that I can't wait to get back up in the sky again.
And Cary...I hope you are with Gary on his 7th jump. I know you will
take care of him for me. See you guys in a month!

I just wanted to share with you that I had the most incredible
experience yesterday! Never have I been so in awe of God's creation.
I had an awesome tandem instructor-his name was Mike ( I don't have his
last name). He was great and made my jump that much more fun. I absolutely
can't wait to go again. Thanks for everything!

One word: OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!! Thanks for the time of
my life. Jumping out of an airplane was the single most enjoyable thing
I have ever done (except of course for witnessing the birth of my son).
I want to get licensed? I jumped tandem, so I guess should I go through
the tandem progression route, then to level 4 AFF. Is that right?
Skydiving is my life now. Thanks for everything

Gentlemen, I could not have had a better time.
Your concern and professionalism made the adventure even better.
Yes, I will most assuredly continue on the 7 jump program so that I can
jump safely by myself. Skydiving is much more than I thought it was. Thank
you again and if I can ever serve as a reference, please do not hesitate
to use me. 770-985-9955 voice with voice mail

Hello all skydivers at ASC. My name is Michelle Carr.
I have had a really great time skydiving at your drop zone. Everyone
is very nice and the center is wonderful to pack in. I have been
turely spoiled being able to pack in a cool air loft. Thank you for
making my time spent there so fun and wonderful. I will tell all
my friends to come and skydive with you all. I have also enjoyed your web
site. I love the little para men that fallow your arrow around on
your main page. The pictures are great and the letters are cool.
My sister says she wants to learn to sky surf. She still has one
more year till she is 18, I told her. I will take her to ASC for
her first skydive. She is looking forward to it. Once again cool
web site and thanks for all the fun. I had a great time and I will
come back and skydive with you all when I come back to town. Lots of thanks.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for making
my first skydiving experience an exciting and enjoyable event. By far it
was the best thrill I have ever experienced and the adrenaline rush was
unbelieveable. I have never experienced so many emotions (fear, excitement,
joy, nervousness) at one time. The video and photos done on the day
of my visit were extremely well done and I am enjoying them with my friends
and family. Even though I comment about not being afraid during the
video shoot......I must admit I was a little nervous as is evident by the
look on my face during the plane ascent......okay maybe I came off as a
little cocky during the video shoot. LOL ! :) Nevertheless, the level of
hospitality and professionalism I encountered put all of my fears to rest.
I would like to especially thank my tandem jumpmaster for playing such
a vital role with this. He was very thorough and made the experience
much more enjoyable. I would like to apologize for not being able
to view the video with you and your staff due to time constraints, however,
I will bring the video during my next visit. There are some pretty funny
moments during the video especially when my tandem jumpmaster man handles
me by removing my hand from the door of the aircraft just before we exit.
Can you believe that guy had the nerve to do that ! LOL ! Just kidding.
In all seriousness he was absolutely great. I would like to inform you
that I do plan on attending the accelerated course and will contact you
next week to inquire about details. Thank you again and I look forward
to seeing you soon !!!!

I wanted to write and tell you how much I enjoyed my
first skydive. I recently attended the Atlanta Skydiving Center on June
4, 2000 and made my first tandem jump. It was such an adrenaline rush.
I loved it so much that I hope to be back before too long and bring some
friends with me. I would like to thank my tandem instructor, Danny, for
such a great first skydive. Not to forget the awesome job that Steve did
on videoing my first jump. Thanks guys for such a great experience.

Thanks for your email. It was an incredible experience
that I am definitely planning on doing again! Also, thanks for putting
me on your email list; I would be interested in learning about upcoming
events, etc. I've had the pictures of my first skydive developed,
and they turned out really good. I must say that I was very
impressed with my video also. Anyway, thanks for an experience that
words cannot describe. I'll be in touch.

I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you again for
your assistance in making my first skydive a very enjoyable, successful,
positive, and extremely memorable experience I look forward to repeating
in October. I was so wore out last night from my adrenaline high that I've
never been more relaxed. I also look forward to developing life long friendships
with other skydivers. My wife has no interest in the sport but so far she
seems to be supportive, although in a conservative way. One weekend a month
is all she's willing to allow for now. When I retire from the reserves,
that may have to change. What do other non-interested spouses do while
their skydiver spouses are playing?
Right now I'm planning on completing my level 2 & 3 on the 16th of October. I've been practicing my dive flow by going through the motions and calling them out as I do them. I know I have to do better each time in order to pass each level and I've set my mind to do just that. I want to earn my certification and enjoy the sport safely and not be a hazard to other skydivers. I appreciate yours and Gene's positive reinforcement and the confidence you all are building in me. That is a big plus I will tell all my friends about as I describe my exciting, adrenaline packed experience!
I especially appreciate and remember the ride up to 14,800 feet. I was impressed that you were paying attention to what I was doing and that you took the time to ensure I was at ease and sure I wanted to jump. Then you asked me to go through what I was going to do during the jump. I was completely mentally prepared by the time we reached our spot. My first jump taught me more about myself and also that a Jumpmaster is an exceptionally experienced and skilled individual who can be trusted with your life. Actually, I had no doubt about the trust part even before we boarded the plane. You're an excellent instructor and I look forward to learning more as I continue my addiction with skydiving. I hope you are able to debrief me on my 2nd and 3rd levels and sign my logbook. PARTY ON GARTH! LET'S SKYDIVE!!!
